On-The-Job Training

Once new owners and their teams have been thoroughly trained, and the studio is ready to open, franchisees receive more than 50 hours of on-the-job training to learn the practical ins and outs of the business on their turf. Corporate support staff arrives two days before opening to verify the studio is set up properly and complies with Uni K Wax Studios brand standards.
